Personal Projects

I’m a volunteer committee member at the association APSA : Association for the Promotion of Science in Africa, created by Physician Vincent Rivasseau.

APSA is a wonderful association that promotes talented African scientists, organize exchanges and colloquium, contests and awards, and has been in front line to create the institute AIMS in Senegal.

In this manner, I believe the future of IA research is in Africa.

Between November 2018 and December 2018, we organized the exhibition “Démasquer” Art & Science in Africa” at the Institute Henri Poincaré in Paris presided by Afrofuturist Artist Kapwani Kiwanga.

With Physician specialist in Art & Science Jean-Philippe Uzan and artist Koffi Gahou we went to present the exhibition at radio “France Inter” for the emission of Mathieu Vidard “La Tête au Carré”. Want to listen?

Mini Photography Exhibition @ Rencontre d’Arles

In summer 2017 I had the wonderful chance to make a little internship with photograph Philippe Guionie at the “Rencontre d’Arles” in the South of France.

During those 5 days, I attempted to present in a visual and synthetic way my master thesis research on Political Art in Bénin on a single wall with personal photographs I took during my research trip to Bénin.
